Refund Policy
1. General Terms By making a booking, you accept the cancellation and refund terms shown at the time of booking. Once you accept these terms, they cannot be changed.
2. Deposits and Cash Payments
• When you make a booking with a deposit and pay the remaining amount in cash, the deposit is non‑refundable.• If you choose to pay the full amount in cash, the full payment must be completed before the activity starts, not during or after. If payment is not completed before the start time, the activity will not begin.
3. Cancellations by Us
if we cancel your booking for any reason, we will refund 100% of the amount you have paid within 20 days.
4. Cancellations by You (When You Cannot Attend)
If you are unable to attend your booking for any reason, no refund will be given. This includes, but is not limited to, medical reasons or personal emergencies.
5. Refunds When You Prepay the Full Amount.
If you pay the full amount in advance (not only a deposit), the following refund rules apply:
• Cancellation up to 60 days before the activity date: 100% refund.
• Cancellation from 59 to 30 days before the activity date: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before the activity date: 0% refund (no refund).
